What we collect, and what we do not do with it
This page describes exactly how the site works: the fields you send, where they go, how long they live and how to have them erased.
This page is incomplete. The applicable legal framework, the retention period and the person responsible are still to be specified. They are flagged in plain sight below. Everything else describes how the site actually works, verified in the code.

What the contact form collects
This is the only place on the site where you send us information. Nothing is collected without your knowledge anywhere else.
- Required: your name, phone number, email address, project type, location and message.
- Optional: your indicative budget and the disciplines you are interested in. Leaving them blank does not prevent sending.
- Your agreement, ticked explicitly. Without it, the form refuses to send.
A hidden field is used to spot automated submissions. It records nothing about you: a human visitor cannot fill it in, a program always does.
Where this information goes
It is sent by email to the HYRIS Smart Élite mailbox, and nowhere else. The site has no database: your answers are not stored on the site's server, nor in a client file, nor with a customer management provider. They live in a mailbox, like an email you had written to us yourself.
You receive a confirmation at the address you gave. Our reply goes to that same address.
One technical intermediary carries the message: the mail provider attached to the domain. It does not exploit it.
This information is never sold, rented, or passed on for commercial or advertising purposes.
How long we keep it
Retention period adopted: À fournirperiod to be set, e.g. 3 years after the last exchange
Until that period is decided, assume your message stays in our mailbox until you ask for it to be deleted.
Cookies
The public pages of this site set no cookies and use no audience measurement tool. No Google Analytics, no advertising pixel, no tracker of any kind. Your visit is not followed.
One cookie exists, and it does not concern visitors: it maintains the sales team's session on their private area. It is strictly necessary to that area, lasts twelve hours, is unreadable by the page's JavaScript and serves no tracking purpose.
The map on the Contact page
The Contact page displays a map provided by Google. Loading it opens a connection to Google's servers, which may set their own cookies, before you have given any agreement.
We say so because it is true today. The planned fix is to display only a still image of the map, loading the live map after a click on your part.
Your rights
You may ask to see the information we hold about you, have it corrected, have it erased, or object to its use. An email to hyrisdesign@gmail.com is enough: we require no particular form.

Security
The site is served over HTTPS: what you type travels encrypted to our server. The number of submissions from one device is limited, to stop automated sending.
No measure makes a system impregnable. Should an incident affect your information, we would tell you.
Changes
Any change to the processing — adding a database, an analytics tool or a third-party service — will be reflected on this page.
